We send out to all those on our mailing list a weekly mailout on
Sunday morning detailing forthcoming lectures and presentations.

Paid subscribers also receive a reminder on Wednesday morning and a reminder mailout about Behind the Headlines on Sunday afternoon.

Only paid subscribers will receive in their mailouts the ZOOM links to
both the lectures and Behind the Headlines. These ZOOM links remain
the same for the whole of any one seasonal Program.

The ZOOM links are renewed every seasonal Program.

The recordings of all lectures and presentations are also sent out
to paid subscribers by separate email within a few hours of them
taking place, which are not to be transmitted to others without the
permission of the Executive Director.

There may be times when mailouts go into your SPAM folder as
opposed to your INBOX. Please check your SPAM folder.

Please email the Executive Director on mrhcg2022@gmail.com if
you do not get the mailouts. Do not leave this to the last minute
before a lecture or presentation.

When, as a paid subscriber, you have logged on to ZOOM, the
best way to watch the presentation is through “SPEAKER” view.
Go to the word “VIEW” in the top right-hand corner of the
ZOOM screen, click on it, and from the drop-down index, select
“SPEAKER”.

If you require instantaneous captions of speech, you can
obtain these by going to the bottom right-hand of the ZOOM
screen, click on “MORE”, and from the drop-down index, select
“CAPTIONS”.
